The Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR) is an independent organisation registered in the United Kingdom. It is composed of nearly 120 members working both inside and outside Syria working to document human rights violations from the now 2-year Syrian conflict. SNHR documents the deaths of civilians and combatants regardless of ethnicities or political affiliations and covers all regions and cities of the country. SNHR strives to apply principals of documentation recognised by international bodies. SNHR issues daily reports of Human Rights violations and documented deaths and its goal is to ensure accountability of all violations to a competent authority in the aftermath of the conflict.
