Action des Chrétiens pour l’Abolition de la Torture (ACAT)

ACAT is a Cameroon-based human rights organisation, established in 1993. It focuses on countering torture, the death penalty, enforced disappearances and other violations of the right to life. Amongst its other activities ACAT documents casualties of armed violence across Cameroon since 2010. It gathers this information for multiple purposes, including advocacy, early warning, and reparations.
