Spiralling casualties in Haiti: joint statement to the Human Rights Council

On 2 April Every Casualty Counts and Casualty Recorders Network member Defenseurs Plus participated in the dialogue with the High Commissioner and Independent Expert on Haiti. We urged the Council to take action to help protect the right to life in Haiti, which is routinely and widely violated.
