On Thursday 23 June 2011 at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy, Professor Susan Breau, Senior Legal Consultant to the Every Casualty programme at Oxford Research Group and Professor of International Law at Flinders University, presents her paper on states’ obligations under international law to record civilian casualties of drone strikes.
